So I've had this blog for quite a while but I've never done anything with it. However, in the past few months, I've decided to attempt to lose weight.
I don't want to do this because I have self-esteem problems or I hate my body or anything such as that. I know I have some extra weight, and I want to live a healthy life so I can someday see my great grandkids having their own children.
I want to live a long and healthy life, because there are so many awesome things I want to do.
In order to do this, I'm going to start posting what I've eaten on here every day. So now I'm responsible for what I'm eating, and when I exercise. I typically exercise using free fitness videos that are available on Comcast.
I'm going to take before and after pictures, but I also want to take pictures at the end of each week (Saturdays). That way I can see my progress.
If I find an awesome recipe or exercise video, I'll post them on here. I want to do this for myself, but also to act as a support to others.
Let's do this!
